management is awful. if your cleaning girls are sick they just don't show up at all to clean.  they don't send a replacement cleaner you just get skipped for the week! You don't get a phone call you don't get any contact that they're not coming they just don't show up. one time they sent the manager to clean in place of our weekly cleaners and the management left our floors looking atrocious. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME on this company

I started with Marvelous Maids back in 2011 and was very happy with the service.  After a couple of years Dawn became my regular tech.  She knew exactly how I liked things done and always did a great job.  Sadly, Dawn had to retire due to illness near the end of 2021.  For the first 6 months of 2022 Blues Skies cancelled twice with no notice.  The other 4 times the tech seemed more concerned with getting out as fast as possible than doing the job.   I submitted feedback but never got a response.  The effort for June was really minimal.   Finally I called and left a message on voice mail to cancel all future appointments as well as sending email.  You'd think they would contact a 10+ year customer to find out why but nope - not a peep.
