Absolutely terrible do not use VIP cleaners. I gave them three casual dresses to be dry cleaned (two of the three were not even dry clean only). When I arrive to pick up the dresses they were trying to charge me $360 because they said that it was a wedding dress. While all three dresses were white, they are nowhere near the quality of a wedding dress. All three of the dresses retailed for less than $100 each. After much back-and-forth, we finally got down to $120 for the three dress, which is still outrageous. The employee working also refused to show me a service list with prices. The employee kept showing me gowns that he said would be the same price as he was charging me for my dresses, but my dresses were nowhere near the quality of the gowns he was showing they were simple sundresses. This business is trying to charge people for services they are not getting. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Never EVER again! They advertised that they specialized in leather cleaning. I just picked up two suede jackets they had for 2 weeks. Not only do they both look EXACTLY THE SAME as when I dropped off, but this business had the utter audacity to charge me over $150 for the service! I'll pay premium rates for specialized dry cleaning service, but I hate that I'm paying that much for what boils down to two weeks of storage!! Service: Leather & suede cleaning

Had a simple dress and a jump suit pressed for a qedding weekend. No wash, no dry clean just pressed. I asked him when I dropped it off. How much it would cost? He said he didn't know. Today when I went to pick it up, I thought he said $5.00, i gave him a $10.00 and told him to keep it. He said, no $95.00, i said, what! You only ironed them. I started to cry, he just stood there. Stay away from these VIP Cleaners on Mexico in St Peters. I was robbed.

Scammers!!!! I brought a pair a pants in to be hemmed and tailored. He wanted to charge me $120 and I told him I wasnt paying that. Then he asks me how much I want to pay and I say $40 he looks at me crazy and said no. I happily took the pants across the street to another alterations business and she charged $40 for the service. They thought I was some fool
