image Ive been going to this office for over 15 years and never had a problem with the original staff but they canceled on me two times last minute (in a text)in the last year and the last time said they would call me and reschedule. They never did and that appointment was in December. When I called to reschedule because no one ever called me , the recorded message said they were remodeling and to call the cauls hill dental office. They told me that mid Rivers had merged with them and that they are not going back to the Mid Rivers location! Then they said they couldn't get me in until April. Bad business practice. I guess they have so many patients that losing one isnt a big deal. I would let my patients know if I was moving and not coming back to the same location!!!

image I have been coming here for over a year, and every visit has been as pleasant as a dental visit can be! I had Tabby as my hygienist doing my cleaning today, and she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was so knowledgeable, personable, polite, and pleasant. This place definitely has a family feel to it and if youre looking for a dentist office that you will feel at home at, then this is absolutely the place for you!

image Horrible service, the receptionist just play on the phone saying different things when you call... or just pick up and hang up. Im calling the number on google and the building , the same number i called before when scheduling for my kid. Quite ridiculous and unprofessional . You know its the right number because it automatically says thankyou for calling/the call will be recorded and you wait in a queue just for someone to play on the phone

Unless you are looking for a headache dealing with poor communication, even worse dental work, & a place that will happily leave your work 1/2 finished then this is your place!
The dental hygienists are great, other than that this is the worst dental office Ive ever been to!
Frequently scheduling and canceling your appointment without notice or response.
The dental work is sub-par.
I had 4 teeth worked on here. (& Ive had a lot of dental work)
The first 2 were fillings, the work was sloppy, leaving rough edges & high spots causing my fillings to pop out within 2 days!
I also had 2 crowns, well 1/2 of 2 crowns, theyre still not done& the work started in October of last year! (6 months ago)
The work was so terrible that I couldnt floss or chew & I was in a-lot of pain!
After 2 weeks, I couldnt take it anymore.
They removed the first crowns & placed temporaries.
(you know its bad when the dental assistant quietly mumbles frustration to you when the dentist steps out)
I missed an appointment due to COVID, then went back & the Dr wasnt in that day! Then they scheduled me without my knowledge & tried to say that I didnt show.
Then my temporary broke & fell out, I was in pain & I couldnt get a response.
2 weeks later they left 2 messages in the same day attempting to sound like they were left days apart.
Then my appointment was postponed because my insurance changed & they refused to see me unless I paid the difference upfront (which was DOUBLE the original out of pocket estimate)
FOR WORK THAT WAS ALREADY STARTED!
Rude, unprofessional, unskilled I have so much more that I could say, but this review is already too longjust like the amount of time Ive waited to have my work completed.

image AVOID MID RIVERS DENTAL GROUP BY ST. PETERS ELEMENTARY.
First there's fraudulent billing for stuff you turn down and/or they know your insurance doesn't cover. Office manager Becky says they're not supposed to file insurance claims the patients should. Don't see the need for an office manager then. When I called to resolve this matter she yelled at me and gave me attitude, refused to listen and answer questions or let me speak to her boss who I had an appointment to speak with. She made threats to me. She couldn't comprehend that patients paying for a service are what pay her salary. Then I found out dr. Crenshaw likes to bad mouth and tell lies about his patients and their parents behind their backs, and they wonder why I insist on being in the room with my children. This is slander and discrimination, blacklisting is still illegal and it's an ethics violation with the ADA and state dental board. I've submitted a complaint to the BBB, this dental group already has a grade F and I'm lodging a complaint with the state dental board and ADA. I just want to spare other innocent souls who may be looking for a dentist of having to go through this .
