Made a call at 11:45am for service. The technician tried to put down on the invoice that he came in at 11:00am. Hows that even possible? Not to mention he tried to overcharge more than what was quoted over the phone.

Never again will I use them for grease trap service. Staff are very rude and unprofessional.
