        When I walked in the agent was on her cellphone. I stood there watching her phone while she tried to not see me. It wasn't until a banker asked me if someone was helping me did the lady offered to assist me. ishe didn't acknowledge my name until after she saw me scan for the survey. I had a very simple Transaction that took entirely too long to process. I understand if u need to handle personal issues but move away from the counter so someone else could assist. I was the only person in the bank. I cashed a check and removed funds from a savings account and that was all and I don't know what took so long but she said nothing until I scanned for the survey it wasn't a friendly experience at all which is not the norm but i don't come to this branch I was close to my training class I needed to attend.
