Denise is the best landlord Ive ever had! She is quick to resolve any problems I may have and will always answer any questions as best as she can. She is patient and understanding and tries her hardest to make sure you have the best experience living here. 10/10 recommend.

Very nice up to date townhouse, quiet neighborhood, assigned parking. Denise was very helpful and quick to get my paperwork to move in. She is also very quick to respond and get any issues resolved within 24 hours or less.

My family and I have been here for a year and a half or so, and we cant complain. The price is great, and the apartments are updated nicely. Moving in, Denis was such a great help every step of the way and to this day shes been nothing but great to my family and I.
