        This one is funny. Also, employee needs to be better salesmen and be more professional. A male employee tried selling my friend a controller warranty. Nothing crazy,, pretty standard and part of their job to do so. My friend declined it and the employees attitude shifted and they seemed mad that my friend didn't buy the warranty. The guy said "best of luck with that controller" super snydly on our way out, since we didn't get the warranty. My friend and I walked away to not be confrontational. The funny thing is, my friend was replacing his Xbox One controller that was almost 10 years old. Needless to say, we didn't lose out. But that employee needs to do better and be more professional, as this won't cut it in a sales career.
