        The nurse practitioner was really good. Checked different possible causes - no rushing - took her time talking with us. The staff - kind and caring.

        I had the worst experience with the front desk staff there. I was rushed to this urgent care after a traumatizing dog attack incident. Shaking and covered in blood, I was refused to be seen because I didn't have my ID or insurance on me. Although I understand it's policy, the staff showed no compassion or provided any alternative options. Front desk girl would roll her eyes at me. I was forced to go to Total Access Urgent Care on Jamieson, where there at least the staff was respectful.
