We were here this evening on 02APR23
Dashon or Vashon (the young man at the front desk) was super kind over the phone and helped us get a number for my godsons antibiotics
And Jenny the Nurse that came in and saw my godson was super nice and kind with both him and I
I appreciate people in the medical field like them (also the X-ray tech that filled in and got his vitals was super nice and had a sense of humor as well)

This is the only urgent care I take my kids to. They are usually quick they are kind and very good with kids.

We had a wonderful experience at this location. My 3 year old daughter dislocated her elbow (nursemaid's elbow we learned it's called) at 9:30 on a Saturday night close to their closing time. We called ahead and asked if someone would be able to take care of her elbow if we got there around 9:45. They talked to us over the phone about her symptoms and were waiting for us when we arrived shortly after. They were so great with my daughter and popped her elbow back into place quickly and with ease. What started out as a tough night ended with smiles and a happy 3 year old. Can't say enough good things about our experience!

I experienced racial profiling and stereotyping today. I brought my child in for a rash and was accused of harming my child. I will not be returning. To see the ignorant bigotry that was seen before my very eyes is truly disgusting. I will not be returning. You guys are the worst.
