        We were overcharged for years. They provided terrible service and equipment. Go to Hackett they have been a third of the cost and pleasant to deal with.

        Called 11 times over 2 hours trying to arrange service. Talked to one human who promptly put be back into your stupid phone message system. Pathetic. Our system is 3 years old, we will probably change it out in a few years - but not with Grinnell / Simplex / ITT / Tyco or what ever stupid name you wish to be called - just answer your phone!
