As a rule, we do not accept the return of any footwear worn in a work environment. As a safety supplier, we cannot resell any footwear worn outside a controlled clean environment, and especially not a work environment, as we cannot ensure the factory safety specifications once they have been worn. Because of this, we are generally only able to take returns on worn footwear in the event of a manufacturer's defect or warranty issue. As you can see, he went above and beyond our general return policy to get you into a new pair of footwear. We also warranty our footwear for double to triple the manufacturer's warranty period, firmly outside a "taillight guarantee".We encourage our employees to do right by our customers, and as such, occasionally make such courtesy returns outside our normal policy.Lastly, we, as many other retailers, have been massively hit with issues within the supply chain. This has led to availability issues across many styles. We are working constantly to provide the best selection we can, however, it has been an ongoing struggle.
