A little over due, but I lived in my apt with Helix Realty for 4 years and the only reason I moved was due to wanting to experience living in another neighborhood in the city. The folks of Helix were great to work with. I felt welcomed to go into their office at any time, to address any maintenance needs, to get mail, and even supported me in my academic journey. Overall, they have been the best landlords/rental agency I have worked with and was sad to leave. Highly recommend them.

I have been a resident of Helix realty for 8 years, and I as I close this chapter of my life and open a new one. I want to share with everyone how amazing this property management and owners at Helix realty are. Michelle,Kevin, and Amy have been outstanding! The propertys I have lived in we're well kept,there was no maintenance issue not solved . I lived in the Clark school lofts and I was the first to live in my unit,and when I tell you being the best prices, and clean and new is an understatement. If you are looking for clean new and spacious lofts and apartments please check Helix realty, you may never want to leave. Best Wishes Briana E

Having called Helix Realty's SOHO LOFT our home for almost five years, my wife and I can wholeheartedly vouch for the exceptional experience we've had. The landlords, Kevin and Michele, are not only professional but also genuinely friendly, always ensuring our concerns are addressed promptly. The maintenance team is equally professional and responsive, never charging us for anything unreasonable. The quality of the apartments is top-notch and consistently well-maintained; you'll never have to worry about noise from neighbors. What truly stands out, however, is the affordability of the housing without compromising on quality. We're grateful to have found such a gem in the city and would recommend Helix Realty to anyone looking for a comfortable living space.

I was supposed to make this review 10 months ago, but hey, better late than never. I rented my first apartment with Helix Reality back in 2020 when Covid started. At the time, they owned some studio apartments. Rent was nice, they were quick to fix stuff, it was good. Fast forward a year later around Aug 2021, there was an infestation in the building due to a tenant. Amy, Michelle & Kevin did all that they could to help the situation. They are not slum lords. Unfortunately though, the problem was just too much and it was very overwhelming. This is when I decided to move in to one of their other buildings called Clark school lofts. Much larger, beautiful and affordable. This was Nov 21. The roach problem was resolved. Just as things were getting good, I ran into a financial issue and I needed to move out of state for better job opportunities. Michelle, Amy and Kevin were so understanding and they even helped me find a tenant to take my apartment so that I wouldnt have to pay 5 months rent. If I could take them and move them with me I would. 5/5, I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to move here, they are some awesome, kind & empathetic human beings.
