        This apartment complex is disorganized. The elevator broke-with myself and a neighbor inside. And now it is going to be broken for the next 8 months. I live on the 7th floor, so this has been interesting. Additionally, the apartment complex is not very clean. I have lived here 5 months and the air conditioner broke, we have had 5 different leaks. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

        An 8 floor building with an ancient elevator that rarely works. It's not a bad building, but it seems like management puts bandaids on issues instead of just fixing them.

        I am living at the 8th floor, which is the highest floor, and walk stairs EVERYDAY for 2 month! To be honest, it is not a bad experience, at least I saved money for gym. In addition, the email from office mentioned we could get compensations, but I have not received that yet. The worst thing is I am going to move out this week, but how could I move out without the elevator? Should I throw the mattress out of the window? I will update my move out experiences later. If you want to know my overall rate for this apartment, just read my name. Thanks!
