Shannon Smith is the manager of The Leather Trade. We have had a plenty people come into this building however she has been a constant. Shannons personality is bubbly and personable. She is dedicated and knows how to get things done. She doesnt take things personally and knows conflict resolution. Its a joy living here! Being an ex homeowner I understand things that sometime just cant be avoided. She is very patient and communicates extremely well which makes her a gem!

This place has the most terrible property maintenance ever. Wouldnt recommend moving here. Been here a few years, gets worse every year, they have a hot water problem that theyve been claiming to get fixed but never do, theyre basically stealing money from their tenants. I also have had a wall leak for about 3 months that they never fixed, had to wake up everyday with water running on my floor that they never fixed until they finally cut the wall open just to put a bucked there to catch the leak, still hasnt been fixed, lease is up in December I wont be returning. Dont move here if your care about maintenance.

The units are nice. The entire art studio has been taken over by one pseudo artist, no one else can use it. The other studios are unusable due to tenants dumping their garbage furniture in them. Some of the residents trash the place and ruin it for the others. My best friend lives here, he says it gets worse each day and I visit him almost everyday. Management does nothing about this.
