I have worked for Regency Enterprises Services since 2016. I began working for Regency out of college. Since I began my career with Regency I express interest in working my way up and taking more responsibility. I began as a labor staff employee and now working at the HQ office dealing with both sides of the business (financial and operational). Regency has helped me develop as a person and a professional in the business world. Being part of a small business you get to wear many hats. This is one of the things I enjoy the most about Regency and a small business.

I flew home yesterday using crutches for the 1st time. My husband and I didn't anticipate the long walk from our gate to baggage claim and I was struggling when Gedion Seyoum paused in his work to ask if I needed help. He was so kind! Gedion secured a wheelchair for me, wheeled me down to baggage claim and helped me get into a seat close to where my husband was waiting for our bags. Gedion went above and beyond to help someone in need -- not part of his job I'm sure -- and he did so with grace and compassion. (In my brief conversation with him, he certainly seemed like a man of integrity, with a hard work ethic and a good heart.) It was an act of kindness that I will not soon forget. I hope you are able to recognize him in some way.
