Great Jones

Terrible company. They randomly charged us $400 at the end of the summer for lawn mowing. No warning or communication. Our upstairs neighbors had the same charge for a total of $800 for a tiny south city yard that was never properly maintained or trimmed. There is still broken glass in our backyard from when we moved in. Not to mention this issue was handled by 4 different customer service reps for no reason at all. I would not recommend this management company to my worst enemy.

Found out there was a pet limit on the property we applied for only after they got our application money. Wish I could rate them a 0.

When I first moved in a year ago I did not have any AC, someone had broke in and cut all the ac lines. So I had to wait a whole month to get ac. Great Jones was very unresponsive and non chalant during that time. I end up getting a whole new ac unit in and after a year it goes out. I put in 7 different work orders after the new unit was installed. My ac lines would freeze and pop. They kept sending out someone that did not know what they were doing and now a year later I AM WITHOUT AC AGAIN!!!!! It’s been 2 weeks and I had not heard anything from great Jones. Nathan Busch does not return my calls and the owner have not approved for my ac to get fixed yet! This is so terrible! I am so unhappy. It’s 86 degrees in my home!

After this company took over a property that was originally taken out under Renters Warehouse that was a great hands on property management company. Great Jones settled on a payment arrangement that was so stressful for my family and I to pay off in 3 months only to be evicted as soon as they received their total payment. After sending harassing emails, producing all my receipts, and communications between us and Chase Eviction Law on Delmar in University City, Mo: to no avail...I was told by Mayor Tishaura Jone's she is my boss; that they were going to sell my home from the beginning and only mentioning her because I was sooo nervous, grateful, humble, and helpful...I am not going away quietly into the night I am not a rich woman and my family and I are seeking not the impossible, just some kind of fair shake and I thank God for meeting Miss ( Clara) from RSTL News who made my introduction so much more worthy...I hope that this story helps anyone out there looking to work with Great Jones, because Natalie has not heart no Soul...I apologize for being long winded...Just tired of dong the right thing...just need to go back to my roots and have faith and thank God for all and all...
