Papa Johns Pizza

A few days back my cell phone fell out of my jacket and into the street as I got in my car and drove away from a students home. Shortly thereafter a driver from this location was delivering a pizza in the same neighborhood saw my phone, stopped to pick it up and actively sought its owner. I havent had the pizza here because I dont live close, but the employees are honest. That says a lot nowadays. Thank you.

worst customer service ever !! i ordered from pj thats 2 miles from me and there delivery driver car isnt working this papa johns wont deliver to me despite me living in oakville!!!

My husband ordered pizza for me to pick up after work and I got stuck at work later than expected. He called them and they were kind enough to remake our pizzas for us so we got fresh ones. Great customer service!

Wow...I was hung up on twice for talking in an angry tone (her words) for my pappadilla and cheese stick order taking over an hour and and half. I did not curse, I was unable to explain my frustration...I was cut off numerous times then hung up on. When I called back I was told: the app was wrong, they've done everything they can; stop calling. 110% the rudest most unreasonable manager I've ever spoke to. It's a shame that one person who obviously needs training will make me never order from there again. If I owned that store she would be fired. Pathetic, rude and disappointing service.

Made an online order last night for contact less delivery. Other than it being aboutn15 minutes later than the delivery time, I had 3 cold pizzas and 4 missing items. Called the store, very poor customer service, was told that the "manager" will give me store credit for the missing items and would not send them back out. I absolutely will not use this location again.
