        My favorite place to start the day! I love the energy City Pilates gives off, and the people who come together here! I have never really tried group fitness classes, until this one- and all I can say is I wish I started sooner. My first class I was unbalanced, nearly falling off the equipment- now 25 classes in I feel stronger, balanced and truly in control and connected with my body! I recommend City Pilates to all my friends - it is truly STLs hidden gem.

        Took my 16yo son to City Pilates during his tryout with St. Louis City academy. We wanted to get him a deep stretch and low impact recovery. We walked In to a great facility with the owners happy to assist my son. What more can I say, they treated him to an amazing workout. My son now wants to incorporate this into his training schedule a couple times a week. He would highly recommend if you are an athlete.

        Best workout studio in STL!!! Mandi, Claudio, and Michelle are passionate, enthusiastic, and challenging instructors, and all of the members are so friendly!!! Such an amazing workout that makes me feel stronger and more flexible everyday! I highly recommend!!!
