PLNK has literally changed my world, no seriously! As a former trainer you work so hard to put together programs for your clients that it seems daunting to put together your own. PLNK not only takes that out of the equation, but adds a little spice and razzle dazzle. Its 50 of non-stop cardio and resistance training without the I cant walk feeling later. Not to mention the fantastic instructors who are there to guide you and motivate you thru. I wouldnt trade it for the world! Come get your PLNK on!

I have never loved a workout so much! The studio, instructors, and feeling I get when finishing a class help make this the best workout.

I just started PLNK 1/2024 and I cant get enough! I went to 2 classes in a row yesterday!!! Great vibe and great instructors

Great lagree studio! I took a class because I was in town for the holidays. Lilly was my coach and she was awesome. I loved her sequence- super challenging. Her playlist was great, and cues were easy to follow. The space itself is beautiful. I love the little motivational words/quotes on the floor. The space was clean and the bathrooms were nice and well stocked. Will definitely be back when I come to town.
