    Ive been strength training since 2000 and have utilized several trainers during that time. Wayne Hawkins is - without question - the single best trainer Ive ever encountered. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, dedicated to his clients, and designs workouts to specifically address my goals. He motivates me to work hard during my workouts, discusses and incorporates whole health issues (such as nutrition & sleep) into our discussions, and has helped me become stronger and more fit as a result of his guidance. He is simply THE BEST at what he does!

    My wife has consistently worked out at Train To Perform (TTP), and I've joined her occasionallyboth in the gym and at TTP gatherings. Prior to TTP, she never felt like she found a gym where she truly belonged and it's so clear that she's right at home here. Mentally and physically, her hard work every week has paid off thanks to Wayne and her gymmates (I know everyone's name even if I haven't met everyone in-person yet). I'd highly recommend TTP to anyone looking for a friendly, communal gym with folks from all walks of life and diverse fitness goals.

    Wayne at TTP is not just a trainer, but more of a coach. He is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. He coaches all kinds of people with different levels of athletic abilities. Wayne understands the psychology of health and fitness and even the shame that comes with not being in a place athletically that you are proud of. (Im a mom recovering from a decade of having four kids!) Wayne is encouraging, has an excellent work ethic, and has built an incredible fitness community with normal people who want to improve their health and wellness, and be pain-free.

Wayne is not only an excellent trainer, he is also the biggest supporter in helping you achieve your goals. I personally enjoy the small group training method because Wayne is able to make sure that you have correct form to avoid injury. I look forward to each and every workout not only for the physical benefits, but also for the camaraderie with the other members.
