Jim did a pedicure for me. It took him 15 minutes and I asked him to please make my toenails not so rough looking and to file them and make them look smooth and make them look even and he kept arguing with me and its the worst pedicure Ive ever had Im 65 I had tons of pedicuresand he was not helpful. He was very defensive. I walked out in a very foul mood. Worst worst Ill take a photo.

I just had the most beautiful manicure with Kim this morning. She does the manicure in a safe way. While in the shop this morning a woman was getting a pedicure from Jim. She was rude and cussed several times as well as requested Jim to proceed with her pedicure in an unsafe manner. Jim was trying to explain to her the repercussions of what could happen if he proceeded with the pedicure as she had asked. The customer did not think of Jims concern or liability of the situation. It was a very tense situation for all in the shop. Jim and Kim are very professional and diligent in their work. If I could give more stars, I would!
