We had a mani-, pedi- wedding shower this evening at Nail Pro and I am not exaggerating when I say they could not have been any nicer and more pleasant and easy going. Ute kept saying with a smile no problem to anything I asked, and he wasnt kidding. They truly could not have been more easy to work with.

I was extremely disappointed with my experiences here recently and will not be going back. On multiple occasions, my gel manicure has chipped significantly in less than a week. First time it happened, I went back and they fixed the nails that were chipped at no cost, but the next day two more nails chipped badly. The second time, to avoid that problem, I asked for a full color change. I was told I was going to be charged $20, which I thought was steep. Long story short, I was very unhappy with the job they did so it ended up being free, but I wasted another hour of my time and will now have to spend another hour getting my nails redone (will be trying another salon) for the third time in one week. Nail tech was short with me and tried to blame me for my gel chipping, but I know if done properly my gel lasts for weeks, as it should. Another issue is that they have a limited gel nail color selection and do not have it organized in a helpful way.
