        They have a five star because they only have two reviews. They came to my house and tried to charge me 250 dollars just to look at my system. They said that the 250 dollars don't go towards repair. Came 6o my house yesterday and couldn't get anything done because of the weather. Never said anything about 250 dollars until today and have thr nerve to text me this after talking to me on the phone all yesterday and this morning to me. I called around to other companies and they said that they have never heard of this. I asked for this on their website or a price list and he told me that they dont have any prices. Not for me.

        Perfection Heating & Cooling did an amazing job. I came home from Scott's Air Force with my home at almost 90 degrees. I contacted the company and got an immediate response. As schedule they arrived on time. I was able to have the problem fixed promptly which was greatly appreciated.

        Sir we have a $150.00 service fee that we didn't even charge you when we came out. We also were not the ones that installed your HVAC equipment, the original person messed it up and then called us. We came out and told you what needed to be corrected and you had a problem because the price we gave you. We are deeply sorry that your system isn't working properly and we hope it gets corrected
