Conway Heating & Cooling owner was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. friendly and professional installers. They installed my new furnace in less than 2 hours, they cleaned up all the mess. The owner even called after couple of days to make sure were happy with the service. I would definitely use Conway Heating & Cooling again

The tech was pleasant, competent and very refined. He took extra time and patiently answered all my questions. He detected the major source of the problem. I have rarely encountered such a pleasant and seasoned helpful individual. He is one of the best technicians have ever worked with!!

Paul did an excellent job explaining to me the options available for each of my problems and helping me make an informed decision on what repairs or replacements to make. He did not try to sell me on unneeded services or parts.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
