Everything from bid and contract (Ken), Staff (Danielle and Tammy) and HVAC installation (Jeff and Chris) went great! The entire team was friendly, professional and exceeded my expectations. Job was started and completed on-time as promised with no problems. Both heat and AC worked perfectly through first season. I highly recommend this contractor! They installed our system wrong, and then made us pay for their mistakes. You'd think if we payed close to 10 grand for a system they would have done it right, let alone wave the repair, especially since it was 100% their fault. Our Air Conditioning stopped working on Wednesday, by Friday we had a whole new unit, the staff from the office personnel, to the repair and instillation were all wonderful and polite. If you need service or a new unit all Total Comfort.

I have been working with Total Comfort for my Casual Tees, and my home. I does not matter who arrives to service our A/C Units...They are always very polite, honest and fair. I can't thank all of the people at Total Comfort enough. They always come to my rescue. This is truly a great company! Thanks for all you do!
