In and out 3 hours.. tests ran, bloodwork..staff exceptional. Dr's efficient and helpful.. Definitely deserved 5 stars. Thankyou

They treat the patients horribly. No one there cares about anyone but themselves. Make everyone sit in uncomfortable chairs while in serious pain & agony. Then they act like you're a bother to them when you ask for help, assistance or even try to ask when you will be seen by someone. The nursing staff is extremely rude & uncaring. This used to be a great hospital to go to. Now I wouldn't even take my dogs to treated here.
The hospital will reply to this review with a follow up trying to get in touch with me to "discuss" things. They have yet to "get in touch" with me from a previous review.
Unless you want to die.....DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Absolutely appalling. I arrived here before 11 am with my partner who had heart valve replacement surgery three days ago and is now having severe pain at the sutre location. The nurses and triage absolutely have no empathy and are doing nothing to assist. It is now four and half hours waiting and not a word.
Update: it has now been 7 hours and nothing.
Second Update: it is now 9:45. PM and we have been here almost 11 hours. My partner told them the wound sites were worsening and the pain was spreading, but NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. This is pure insanity at this point.
Third Update: it is now 10:58 pm and he still has not been seen. Mercy South has failed it's patients, the community, and US. Total lack of empathy in a circus-like environment.
