My mother got there on Jan 8 with a trech and was discharged on feb 10th and was right back in a hospital on the 15th of feb 5 days later with neumonia and on the ventilator I feel they rushed her

We encountered staff at this facility in the process of picking up a patient for transport to another facility. The staff was extremely patient & helpful, they assisted with the transfer of the patient which made the patient feel very comfortable. It makes our process much easier when we have staff willing to assist. Keep up the great job!

This is the worst place to send a loved one . Understaffing and staff that are incompetent plays a big role in the poor care they give to their patients. They aren't attentive or knowledgeable of individual needs of the patients they're dealing with . They don't know the concept of patient centered care! They let call lights go off for over 45 mins completely ignoring patient needs until they're ready to poorly serve or see to the patient. I would not recommend this facility to anyone

Kindred really helped my grandma during one of the toughest times in her life. Thank you guys for all you did for my family and all you do for everyone else as well.
