        Staff, doctors and nurses are great. The problem is corporatized medicine. Everything is done in assembly line fashion but they don't want to pay to have enough exam rooms, surgery rooms or doctors. So sick of having an appointment just to sit around and wait for 1 to 3 hours. BJC, stop trying to line your pockets and properly care for and respect your patients!

        I went for a procedure that the VA hospital couldn't do in a timely fashion. They took good care of me. Odd though, that when the VA does the same procedure, they take BETTER care of me. That speaks volumes about the excellent care I receive at the VA.
