Mov in the Lou

Im here on the very last day of business at the Hampton location. Its been 16 years to the day since I joined. That was one of the best decisions of my life. I credit SLFC with helping me get control of my diabetes, and overall Ive lost almost 60 pounds. This place honestly may have saved my life. Its been a fantastic experience. I met a lot of amazing people here who Ill never forget, both staff and members. With sadness, I say goodbye.

I'm here for a 6 week challenge (to start) and all the staff is nice, the facilities are clean, and I like my trainer and nutrition coach.

Some staff WILL HARASS YOU!!! N.J. First like to say that MOST of these reviews are fabricated. 4.4 star gym would be a gym that has water you can get thats NOT FROM THE BATHROOM SINK. Yes. You must drink out of the bathroom sink if you run out of water. We are a private gym so we cant buy a water fountain. Equipment is falling about. Weight played arent even. Some plates are pealing off and benches have wear and tear. Definitely go to club fitness for a better gym experience.

Im so happy I found this gym! Everyone is so nice and welcoming at the STL location (MOV in the Lou). Gloria made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in for my tour, so I joined right there on the spot :) Ive been a member for a few months now, and have not regretted that decision once. The gym has all the equipment you need, the bathrooms/showers are clean, and the 24-hour access is incredible. It looks small on the outside, but the inside is pretty bigIve never felt like Ive been right on top of anyone while working out. Theres always plenty of parking and its never too busy regardless of what time I go. I used to be so bad about being consistent with my workouts, but I love the staff so much that Im excited to go in. The manager, Allison, is the sweetest and even wrote me a hotel workout plan that I was able to follow while I was out of town. Matt is the best trainer and so fun to workout with. Cant say enough good things about this place =D
