        Extremely Disappointed! Jordan at the front desk of pediatrics neurologist was extremely rude and careless. I understand if the call was from an outsider with zero information but if I gave you the right information and the background story and resources where I got the information from that shouldve been enough to be more understanding or at least take the message and let it be up to Dr. Guerriero. She had zero care or concerned about my 3 year old daughter because she not her patient. She didnt care if she was referred by Dr. Collins staff.

        The doctors are amazing! They do such a great job!!! However, the front desk needs some work. One of the ladies has a NASTY attitude! She looked visibly annoyed when asked to grab something. Not friendly at all.

        St. Louis Childrens Eye Center has the most phenomenal doctors. I asked my son if he likes his doctor he said "no I love him." Keep up the great work Dr. Hoekel. You are the light at the end of what used to be our dark tunnel.
