3 stars because it was easy to make an appointment online. 0 stars for the service. The doctor told my son he had to go somewhere else after his visit because he could not get my son to 20/20. My son tried to tell the doctor that he has never been 20/20 but the doctor did not believe him. $150.00 at another eye doctor and my son was told the same. He could not get him to 20/20 but that no one would due to my son's eyes. We will never go back to American's Best. 3 stars because it was easy to make an appointment online. 0 stars for the service. My experience here is always a pleasant one! I love coming here! Right when I walked in I was greeted by Amber who was very friendly. Sharon, the tech is so nice and very good at explaining each part of the pre-testing. Dr. Ruoff is always thorough and made my exam a pleasant experience. Justin and Jen made picking out my glasses so fun! Justin also explained all the features for my glasses in a way that was easy to understand. He also priced everything out to make sure I got the best deal! Thank you so much for another wonderful experience! My experience here is always a pleasant one! I love coming here!
