These people resent almost everyone they hire.
They get yelled at for several ressons.
Just because you want help
doesn't mean you'll receive it here.
White women in an office;
having ego trips about controlling people's
lives through job placement.
Lying to people, scratching whomever
they want off the sign in sheet.
Upset that you refuse to work ten hours
at some racially motivated place.
And if you are given an assignment,
you have no choice because they choose it for you.
You could literally call every morning
before they open, to notify your availability
and still end up with no opportunity at all.
Then they take it personal
when you won't allow them to control your life.
When you refuse an assignment
that doesn't fit you, the recruiter has no reward.
They know this, they talk about it five days a week
behind two glass windows. Nothing new. Ever.
The gatekeeper at the window nowadays
handling the calls, with her fake
wishy washy personality is usually directed by Linda;
on how every single temp is helped or discarded.
It explains why longtime temps have up and left
due to the prejudiced mind that one old woman has,
who influences every person in that office.
