TRC Staffing Services

The lack of communication is horrible. I have called these people and email these people no answer. These people had me wait for a whole week just to tell me that the job was filled on Last Friday afternoon. Then to make matters even worse I had to call corporate for them to tell me that the lady that was helping me wasnt in the office. I see why people dont go through these temp jobs. I did all the work as if I didnt need a temp help my self. They really need to shut down all temps and lets people call these jobs themselves if they gonna be doin all the work by trying to call employees themselves!!

What an incredible experience this has been. My current role as a Program and Compliance Director was obtained through TRC Staffing Services. Lydia was my mentor and point of contact during my interview process and was amazing. She coached and prepared me for my interview with my employer. Her team provided amazing support and follow up after my interview. They also advocated for my asking salary! This by far was the best experience and the best interview I have ever completed with their client. Hopefully, I dont have to utilize their services again but if I am ever in the market for a career, TRC Staffing Services is who I reach out to. Thank you all for everything!!!!!
