If you ever want to buy a gift card you better look at the card to make the sure that the code hasn't been removed and the card re-enclosed - because my brother bought a $100 Amazon giftcard ( from this location, 2310 McCausland Ave) in the last nine days) that was to go to my sister for her birthday from the both of us. When she opened the envelope that the gift card was enclosed in, she saw that the section that the code was supposed be written on looked like it had been removed with a scissors or knife. My sister is possibly looking at her last birthday on this earth and my brother and I arent made of money, but I don't see how we can prove this one was stolen. So it looks like we're out ONE HUNDRED BUCKS! DON'T let this happen to YOU!

Pharmacy: I filled my prescription the night before, I got a confirmation theyd be ready by 2pm the next day. I arrive to pick up my medicine up (through the drive thru) to then receive a message on the app saying action required, call pharmacy. Anyways, This is just a complaint about the one pharmacist who was rude. He did not explain to me nicely on why my prescription wasnt filled and when I responded to him, he had hung up the phone in mid sentence. He handled the situation very poorly. And Ive been going here for over a year now.

The inside has been inexplicably "temporarily closed", but they said the RX drive thru was open. Pulled up yesterday and found a mouse chilling on the counter by the window with no pharmacist in sight. I'm guessing the infestation is why the inside has been closed .

Horrible pharmacy, pharmacist YELLED at my wife because their system screwed up. Didn't explain, didn't speak, YELLED AND BELITTLED her for not noticing that their system failed to send her a notice. Get your prescriptions sent elsewhere, drive them out of business, let a CVS move in. Worthless.

Ordered a refill for my meds via phone. Confirmed, got a pick up time for the next day. I go to pick it up, they tell me no we dont have that and asked if I called it in. I explained yes, I called the day before. The worker told me it didnt go through. Girl it was a call????? I got a confirmation and everything?? This is not a one off either, this is a routine occurrence. I moved my meds to CVS down the street but had a few refills left here. Since it wasnt ready yesterday, I painfully dragged my disease-ridden body out of the house to go pick them up today. Google confirmed that yes their hours show theyre open today. I got there to see all the lights out and a sign in the window that said no pharmacist on duty. At this point, I could get my meds easier from a street dealer than this place. Every time I go back to them they manage to be worse than the last time I went there. When I drive by this place I am filled with rage. Never once have I actually had a good experience here. Once, they held my medication hostage because there was an interaction between two drugs I was on, as though my doctor wouldnt know about this interaction. They act like its my fault when their system screws up and that I am imposing on their time by coming to pick up medication I got confirmation would be ready. I truly dont understand how a pharmacy can be this bad. Like just dont go here. If you have prescriptions here MOVE THEM. I have never written a review in my life but I have also never been to a business that is so bad at doing what they are there to do. I hate this place so much please just go somewhere else.
