i had an appointment with Denise and she was fabulous. i am super nervous when it comes to getting dental work done, and she was able to explain the whole process and made me feel really comfortable. i appreciate her! chris is awesome at what he does and he always takes care of me. star reassures me each time i see her and have loved getting to know her. Rock Hill Dentistry is helping me to find confidence in my smile again!

2nd appt, just as bad as the first. I was the first patient of the day and was in for an xray. Arrived 10 minutes early only to have to wait 15 minutes to be put in the xray room. Tech was combative immediately when I complained of the wait time. When your arw the FIRST patient of the day, the tech should not make you wait 15 minutes. And after reading these last reviews I am happy I walked out Chain dentistry at its best. Proving no one actually cares for the patient or the patients own time. Good thing we pay them right???

Denise did a great job with my gum scaling and deep cleaning. Removed all my buildup and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Would highly recommend!

ZERO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN STAFF! With the amount of time wasted in cancellations and rescheduling I couldve got a degree in dentistry and avoided this place.

The new dentist would not know my name if I hit her over the head. She was so focused on a bridge that I had removed several months ago that she could talk about nothing else. More than likely will not be returning. Do not trust her diagnosis and will be getting a second Opinion. On the other hand, Denise, the hygienist, is terrific. Sorry that she works there, and more than likely will not be seeing her again.
