        I have been your patient for over ten years, and always had a very professional and cotrees treatment until today. I had an appointment today at 2:15 pm. I was running late by 15 minutes so I called couple of times but your office was busy. When I came at your office I was shocked to hear from your Secretary that my dental cleaning is canceled. I am surprised at the discourtesy. I have waited on several occasion much more than 15 minuets and never complained. I want to cancel my next appointment with you on June 13,2023.

      We tried to call and check on you when you had not shown up for the appt, but had to leave a voicemail. Our secretary did not cancel your appt, but instead, told you that you were 15 mins late and we will try to do what we can. We accommodated you and took care of your dental needs as per the plan yesterday. Sorry that you are upset about the situation, in spite of our earnest effort to address your dental needs.
