Very shady business. They signed me up for appointments that I didn't consent to and then they constantly put me on hold when I tried to tell them to cancel.

I'm switching dentists after several shady and dishonest dental recommendations. We also got scammed on the "deep cleaning" scheme. Read Bill Wright and Tara's reviews below. Exactly what happened to us.

Really not understanding why a business cannot keep appointments when I scheduled them well in advance. If it happened once or twice I wouldn’t think anything of it, but more often than not I will get not one but at least two calls to reschedule the appointment just a couple of days prior to the scheduled appointment, sometimes the day of. They want a 24 hour notice prior to you rescheduling or they will charge you a fee, but they can reschedule appointments left and right with no notice or reasoning. I’ve paid them up front, as they require, for Invisalign which includes monthly dental inspections and this is also when I pick up my new trays. Because they like to hold them hostage (UPDATE: according to the manager Anna this is because of the additional treatment I need for the trays to fit - makes sense and would be fine if appointments were kept). Not only are they completely unprofessional, they are forcing back my treatment for no reason. When I called they won’t answer, they won’t call back. And when I show up they’ve locked the door with the girls inside just chatting each other up. Would not recommend this location at the very least. You’re just wasting your time. UPDATE: according to the manager, Anna, they had last minute training come up for both Monday and Tuesday. Something to do with their computer systems, which was originally schedule for a different date altogether. A sign was supposedly put up; I did not see one at the time but could have missed when it was put up. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt. Anna also informed me that my dentist just up and quit last Friday and the new dentist wouldn’t be in until the 9th (Monday). Unfortunately the other dentist at the practice either got sick or took leave. She got me scheduled with the new dentist for the first day in office and sincerely apologized for all of the previous rescheduled, even the ones prior to her time. I am unsure of how long Anna has been with the office but I am waiting to see if she will help turn things back around. I am willing to change the star rating based on how the next few scheduled visits go and how my Invisalign treatment is handled. For now Anna has helped the situation a lot and we will go from there. I’ll post another update later with an updated star rating.

I went to Nicodem Dental today, for a routine cleaning, And I had gotten my teeth cleaned at my regular Dentist 7 months ago,The reason I went there is because I no longer have dental insurance, and I have always been to the dentist every 6 months, they said they would do a routine cleaning for 79 dollars, that is a joke, She get me in the dental chair and takes x-rays, then proceeds to tell me I have gum disease and bone loss, all they want is your money, she told me it is against the law to do a routine cleaning if a person has a gum disease,,, Which I do not believe I have,,,
