Inept and full of people underpaid and undervalued. Central family themselves hire their own friends and family who are mostly under qualified and then feel the resentment of their colleagues. In my case I saw them hire their own family with learning disabilities and mental problems put in a positions they had no place of being. Ive been in the automotive industry 15 years and Ive never seen such a dysfunctional shady Dealer group as the Suntrups. Best thing I ever did was leave.

I would give zero stars if possible. "I am a man of my word," said Billy, Service Manager. We are dealing with a safety issue regarding the passenger airbag. Numerous times my wife and I have called and emailed with little follow up. Actions speak louder than words Suntrup Hyundai. "I work for Suntrup, not Hyundai," said Billy. Well Billy you are not showing it! Six cars in eight years...why.

Honestly if I could leave a 0 star review I would. They kept my wife and I there for over 3 hours claiming "were just dealing with the bank. Shouldn't be too much longer now." Just to come back and say we needed 4000 dollars down more than what they said we needed. Again 0/5 stars. Don't waste your time.

This place was a joke. I asked about one specific vehicle and had I known it was a wrecked vehicle at their recon lot I would have NEVER stepped foot on their lot. But when I went they showed me a car and I fell in love. I legit thought I was driving it home until my fianc showed up and all of a sudden, I need a co-signer, and then they cant make a deal. I got played when I really wanted no part of it at all. The people are sketchy, the building is sketchy and the way they do business is sketchy.
