I have walked out of about 30 car dealerships in my life and bought cars at 3. This is one of them. My girlfriend and I had her car die 3 days before I was supposed to leave for a business trip and we needed something fast. Even with my girlfriends "not great" credit score and income, they were able to get her approved after about 2-3 days of hard work and back and forth. These guys work for you. I can't even begin to explain how complicated our situation was, but the competent and intelligent men who work here were not only able to help us out with the loan, but ease any worries I had about possible issues with this specific car with their own mechanic. Every car we test drove was mechanically sound and modestly priced, a rare feat for a used car dealership. Moral of the story, Lux is an honest business in a city of questionable integrity. Highly recommend.
