I recently moved to 1400 Russell and its been a great experience so far! Aurdrie and Amanda are both very prompt in resolving issues and supremely helpful, they made my move a smooth and pleasant experience.

I recently moved in at 1400 Russell Apartments, and I must say, its a fantastic experience. The apartment complex is designed with luxury in mind, from the sleek and modern interiors to the high-end amenities. The units are incredibly spacious, allowing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The open floor plan and large windows create a bright and airy atmosphere, making it a joy to come home to every day. One of the highlights of living at 1400 Russell Apartments is the convenient location. Situated in a bustling neighborhood, there are countless shops, restaurants, and entertainment options just steps away. Whether you're in the mood for a night out on the town or a leisurely stroll through the nearby park, everything is easily accessible. The friendly and helpful team at 1400 Russell Apartments truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. In particular, Aurdie, one of the team members, stands out for his knowledge and willingness to assist with any issue or question. He always goes the extra mile to ensure that residents have a positive experience. Amanda is also very helpful. She graciously allows utilization of her parking space when away from work so that I can charge my EV! Another great perk of living at 1400 Russell Apartments is the dog park. As a proud pet owner, I appreciate having a designated space for my pup to play and socialize. It's a great way to meet other pet owners in the community and my furry son absolutely loves it. Pros: Aurdie is amazing, he watches out for all of his residents and goes above and beyond for them. 10 stars for Aurdie. Cons: 0 stars for Amanda and Crystal. They are very difficult to deal with. I was sitting on my balcony and the dog above my apartment peed on me. Amanda blamed me and told me it was my fault. My furniture on the balcony reeked of dog urine and Amanda said there wasn't anything she could do. She refused to ask the neighbor above me to stop letting her dog pee on the balcony. The dog park has loads of pet waste. People will step in it and drag it through the building, it's unsanitary and they won't do anything about it. I brought it to their attention and they were like Crystal has a poor attitude and is unpleasant to interact with.

Staying here has been a great experience. Aurdie is the real MVP when comes to making sure you feel welcomed.
