        I have been living here for about 2 1/2 years now and have no complaints! Great location, good layout, amenities, and both the office staff and maintenance team are very helpful! Relatively quiet community as well, which is great for both students and those who work from home!

        My stay at 3949 Apartments has been excellent! The location is perfect for students, with easy access to the university. The on-site gym is a big plus for fitness enthusiasts. The 3949 team is incredibly helpful and responsive. Overall, a fantastic living experience! Highly recommend.

        Ive been living in 3949 Lindell since 2019 !!!!! It has been 4 years and all I have the say the staff are nice, the amenities are good and it s very convenient for the location. I get to use the computer lab all the time which is great. Thank you 3949 !!

        I enjoy living here! The rooms are spacious and the view is great. The staff in the office are very nice as well. This apartment complex is located in a convenient spot and close to many stores.
