        Do not rent here. There is no privacy there. They always need access to your apartment. One time they needed to update the electric outlets, they pulled the fridge to do so and ripped the floor. Now I have to pay for it. I signed a year lease. I moved out exactly a year after signing but since I didn't tell them I wasn't staying, they charged me for 2 more months. Months before that the neighbor shot a hole through my wall.

        I lived here for 4 years. Not many amenities compared to other apts. I would use a laundromat over the laundry room bc it smelled nasty in there. Dumpsters are always overflowing. The hallways are gross and smell like garbage most days. Some of the neighbors were a little sketchy too. But I did like my apartment itself. It worked for what I needed at the time.
