Response to maintenance request was in a timely manner. As usual, the apartment manager called immediately to assess the situation. The problem was located and remedied quickly. I appreciate the fact that the apartment manager is dependable and promptly responds to concerns and issues.

Terrible place to live! I lived here for a year and my apartment flooded 6 times.. with sewage! I was left for 2 days in a feces flooded apartment and no communication. They also left my elderly neighbor to clean her apartment after it flooded as well. I lived in 2632 apt B itll probably be back up for rent soon and itll flood again be aware.

Pay too much money for no communication from management. They simply do not care, ask around and youll see youre not the only one having issues. You will get an email faster about you paying your rent on the 2nd when they give you the 1st-3rd to pay than you will when you have an immediate issue. Not to mention the place is falling apart and they deem these apartments luxury when the remodels are done the cheapest way possible and not even done well. Would stay clear of this place, way better options for the same price point in this area

Steer clear from this apartment community. The apartment itself is decent, but many of the "renovations" are extremely cheaply done with the landlord paint special. The main problem is Liz, the property "manager". Her communication skills are that of a ten year old child. Good luck reaching her when you have a problem or even just a general question. There was severe mold problem with my HVAC, and I know this because you could clearly smell it, the paint had signs of mold (bubbling), there was water leakage and I was tested for mold exposure because I got very sick. I let Liz know this and she told me that she would get back to me, yet I had to hound her and blow up her phone to get a call back months later. Nothing was done about this and she continued to fail me until my lease ended. Side note, you may save money on rent but your utilities will sky rocket due to outdated HVAC systems that will run all day. Liz also went out of town during my stay at this awful apartment complex and neglected to notify anyone that she was leaving (even though she is the main point of contact for everyone living at Grants Trail). Not sure about you, but I feel it's common sense and basic decency to send a quick email notifying everyone that you will be gone and who they should contact in the event of an emergency. Oh, but you can send emails about rent, nice. All in all, I would not recommend, and it's mostly due to Liz. Hire a new and more efficient property manager and your resident retention will increase.
