Altho I recently moved here from another (larger) apt, the layout of my current apt feels larger.. Office & maintenance staff demonstrate a service-orientation unmatched by other places Ive experienced. As a self-employed wellness & exec coach (in a home office), the comfort & quiet enable me to work productively throughout the day. Top-knotch amenities eliminate the need for/expense of additional mtg/socializing/fitness venues. This really feels like home.

After downsizing and selling our home, we had the pleasure of living in Mansions on the Plaza from 2018 to just recently (March 2024). Sadly, we recently moved from the area. With so many wonderful things to say about this complex, it's a challenge to share them it all. NOTHING can hold a candle to "The Mansions". If you have the opportunity to live there, definitely do it. Amazing property I loved living there. The amenities can't be beat. The staff is the BEST-from Kristen in the leasing office to ALL of the maintenance staff and everyone at the front desk. They listen to the tenants. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Most importantly, you will be welcomed to the many social activities that make this a community. We made many good friends at Mansions on the Plaza.

This place is unmatched.. I have worked in the St. Louis property management industry for 10 years and have never experienced this level of care and service. Kristen provided the most genuinely enthusiastic tour I have seen. She took all the time I needed to show me around and answer every single question. The amenities are outstanding and very clean. I was in awe multiple times. The apartments do not compare to newer apartment communities you see around town as far as quality construction. Mansions clearly thought about the residents rather than saving money on a cheaper build. No paper-thin walls, cheap appliances, or bare essentials. Everything is top of the line. I could go on and on. Look no further if you need an apartment. You will feel right at home.
