The Victor Apartments

Couple bumps when I first moved in but the staff here has been fantastic. Love my new place! The other residents have been friendly. Love the amenities. Bring on summer!! Ill be on the roof a lot!

I moved in a few weeks ago and Im really loving it so far! The leasing office staff is so friendly and helpful. The maintenance manager is super helpful and prompt. Of course with any shared living space you have to navigate & expect to a certain level residents being careless with shared spaces. However, the cleaning staff does a great job and the office takes feedback. Our apartment is just what we need and the styling of the building is beautiful. Im excited to see the finished building & amenities as theres still construction happening in a few areas & weekend delivery challenges. (Heres our dog in the gorgeous mail area)

These reviews must be paid. Sade the assistant manager is the biggest fraud and joke. I'm a physician and was profiled by the staff of this complex. If you were to take advice from me it would be to stay far away!

I had the pleasure of interacting with KeiJah the most, but have had some interactions with Sade and Michael. First impressions are lasting and they have all been professional and very accommodating. The building is breathtaking and is well maintained. KeiJah has returned my calls in a timely manner and when she was not available Michael and Sade stepped in to answer my questions. They have all made this transition easier for me, especially KeiJah. The apartment amenities are amazing.

I had a tour with Sade and really enjoyed everything the building/ community has to offer. I plan on moving here soon and cannot wait. Sade did an amazing job answering all of our questions and being knowledgable of everything residents can utilize within this community.
