Run do not walk, I moved in last week and I could not be happier!
Building inside and outside is beautifully maintained, the ladies in the leasing office could not be better or more accommodating..
Units are huge, tons of storage, very quiet and just all around perfect.

Worst apartments to live at. Leasing office and management is rude and inconsiderate. They charge me monthly for my assigned parking spot but there are random vehicles parked in my parking spot for last 10 days and despite multiple times reporting to leasing office, all I hear is nothing can be done because they cant identify whose vehicle it is. They also asked me if I can go check whose vehicle it was. This is ridiculous. Never heard a tenant parking at random spots despite paying for an assigned parking spot. Do not recommend this place

Great place to live lots of room loved it kind of pricey

Thank you for the review Amy. Our units are very large so sometimes the price can be a little misleading. For the level of finish, the size of the apartments, the service provided and the amenities that we offer, we think our prices offer a really good value compared to other luxury communities in St. Louis that offer similar features.
