        Good morning, I am writing today to Maintenance Man Jose. Jose has been to my apartment severaltime to fix various things. Each time, he has shown hardworking leadership qualities. Each time, whatever was broken was fixed by him. At least once, Jose has assessed the situation and called in professionals to help Most issues are solved very quickly as Jose was able to grasp, understand, and fixed the issue. This includes times where proffessionals (plumbing) needed to be called, he stuck around or checked in to make sure they were able to finish the job that day. I truly have a lot of accolades I could gove Jose. I am thoroughly impressed by this young man, and I am totally confident in his abilities. Thanks for alll of your hard wor! qualities.         I recently had to call a maintenance request for the bathtub and they came in the next day to fix the issue. Hampton Gardens is always consistent in their timely responses and periodically have general upkeep of their units. I've been very happy during my time here :)

        Hampton Gardens have been me and Stanli's (my puppy)home for 7 years now! There were past issues, but now I'm content and settled. We love Tilles Park right across the street! We have wonderful neighbors, and the neighborhood is definitely a plus.Thank you, Marcelle, Courtney, Emily, and Ashley!

        Good Day. I've lived at Hampton Gardens for about 3 and a half years. I think it's a nice complex. The Management staff is great as is the Maintenance Staff. Hampton Gardens is in a location where you aren't too far from Doctor's or Shopping.
