We're excited to keep investing our time and resources to elevate your resident experience in 2024, we have several exciting stuff in the works for you!We’re definitely proud of our units as a strong point, nearly every layout in the building is spacious, functional, and features full-sized kitchens/in-unit laundry. There are a handful of layouts that include very tall ceilings, and I agree with you that our future renters should understand that they will be trading a little bit of heating/cooling efficiency for the lofty aesthetics and they should opt for the right layout that matches their most important preferences.Your disappointment with the pool size is understandable. While we wished for a larger pool, the original building's design constraints limited our options to ensure the clubhouse feels cohesive and a connected social experience. Nevertheless, the pool serves as a great social spot and an integral part of our community's outdoor lounge area. Excitingly, we plan to utilize this space to enhance our event offerings, especially during the Summer and Fall seasons!As a relatively new community, your feedback is invaluable.
