        The good: I really liked that the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, close to Forest Park. The bad: - There were problems with garbage filling up the trash rooms and even overflowing into the hallways. - The main elevator was out of order for weeks. - One of the only two treadmills frequently erred out so only one treadmill was practically usable. - Objects (flower pot and Halloween pumpkin, for example) fell from upper-floor balconies onto the "amenity deck" and made it unsafe for people to sit there. Some residents also habitually took their dogs to the amenity deck and didn't bother to pick up after their dogs. - Leasing staff wasn't very friendly and could be difficult to reach in-person or via the phone. I was a resident until earlier this year.

        Just toured at this place and it was neat. Great price for 2bed right now. Will apply for sure!

        Friendly office staff but they are unable to do anything beyond signing leases. Elevator is regularly broken. No lockout service. Additional charge to not have mail thrown in a pile on the floor. Gym is small but nice.

      Hi May,We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review of our community. We strive for 100% satisfaction among our residents and take pride in our management. While you were staying with us, the elevator was out of order. The supply chain issues kept the elevator technicians from getting the necessary parts. Once the parts were available, the elevator was repaired. We have not been informed of objects falling from balconies, and we do daily property walks to ensure that no unsafe items are stored on balconies. Whenever there is a mechanical issue, we address it as soon as is possible, but are limited by how quickly parts and maintenance arrive. When our residents are locked out after hours, they are instructed to contact a locksmith. In your case, your misplaced key fob was replaced the following day.
