Collins Terrace Apartments

I went for a tour and the lady at the desk had a line of customers had this crazy lady calling in and so the phone was ringing over and over and then she was also doing a meeting to get some things figured out. This girl was trying to get it all done. And on top of all that, yeah it may have taking a while but she tried to find someone to help take us on the tour. Even though the app doesnt communicate with them they still let us have our tour. This to me is a place I would want to live. So thank you all for your hard work and kindness.

I scheduled a tour for 12:30 i get there the young lady said they not doing tours i was also told that y'all don't do credit check or background checks that was a lie i submitted a application in 10 minutes the application was denied in 5 minutes i was told that approval was based off income thats not true....given false information doesn't look good for people that's looking to be come new tenants

They asked me for a 400 dollar deposit to move in, as if they had a space for me to rent and had did all the paperwork, they knew they wasnt supposed to even ask for money until all the paperwork was done, due to the fact I have a voucher, the person want say no names at this moment took my money order and never followed up accordingly, its been 4 months still havent received my money back, they trying to hood swindle me out of that 400 dollars with so many excuses, I know for a fact this so call good reviews are all them, while I was there saw and heard the maintenance men arguing with people there, I want my money back, them, no that one a crook, manipulation and lies, wheres my money, by right you know you supposed to give that money back and your establishment didnt hold their end of the bargin Give me my dam money back you lying thieve, girl

I have been living here for about 6months now and let me say that it is great the office staff are very helpful nice and respectful any time I have an issue mark and James comes with no issues and get the job done in a timely fashion . I can honestly say this staff make me feel like I am really welcomed. Stacie and dontasia go above and beyond to make sure everything is going good when it comes to us tenants I have never seen a staff so involved
